With more than 500 projects completed, from food trucks and trailers to shipping container kitchens, Chef Units has established itself as a leader in the category. The next step was to modernize the brand to match the ambition, quality, and scale of the business.
The identity needed to evolve without losing the equity Chef Units has already built. We retained the recognizable chef’s hat and fork, but refined the proportions, softened the geometry, and introduced a more contemporary wordmark. The previous typography felt heavy and dated, overpowering the symbol and limiting its impact.
The refreshed identity restores balance between mark and wordmark, giving Chef Units a cleaner, more confident brand presence while preserving the visual cues customers already recognized.
